Every business, like a building, requires a foundation and one Platform on another, on another and so on until all the required Platforms to achieve success for that business are complete and functioning properly.

Product, Personnel, Management, Marketing, Distribution, Communications, Operations, etc..

Your business was designed to accomplish a specific goal just like a building is designed for a specific function. Over time, however, change happens.
